Our group fitness classes are a perfect option for anyone looking to start a workout routine that will bring results! When you walk into any 3rd Degree Training facility, you’re entering a community filled with people just trying to do their best! Whether you’re completely new to fitness or lack the knowledge and motivation to push yourself at the gym to achieve your goals, we can be your solution!

Never tried group fitness classes before? You’re in the right place! We have modifications to make it easier for you until you progress at your on pace.

Weigth Circuit

Weight Circuit

Strengthen your body by going through a series of exercises especially designed to make it possible for everyone to give their best and achieve maximum performance. Weight circuits are the perfect complement to our HIIT bootcamps.

Stretch and Strength

Whether you sit at a desk all day, do housework, exercise regularly or on your feet for extended periods, a gentle and easy stretch will decrease muscle tension and increase flexibility and relaxation. “Stretch and Strength” is an easy to follow, no impact, flowing routine. It’s a mix of Strength sets followed by a series of Stretches that will help you:

  • Perfect form
  • Increase range of motion
  • Help prevent injuries
  • Develop body awareness

It will allow you to focus on your muscle strength and flexibility, help to loosen the mind’s control on your body and leave you feeling fantastic! Your body will thank you.

A low-impact program, especially designed for:

  • Beginners
